The Bonnyville Pontiacs split this weekend... Friday the Pontiacs lost one-nothing to Drayton Valley, and on Saturday they were 4-2 winners over the Calgary Royals.
In junior B action over the weekend, The Cold Lake Ice beat Vegreville 4-3 Friday night, on Sunday the Ice lost 9-5 to the Killiam Wheatkings. The St.Paul Canadians beat Saddle Lake 6-5 Saturday night.
In the Wheatland Football League, The Bonnyville Voyaguers won their first game of the season 27-21 over Sedgewick, Lloydminster CHS pounded the St.paul Lions 35-25, Holy Rosary from Lloydminster crushed Grand Centre 54-14 and lac la Biche got shut-out 47-0 to Wainwright.
